• Work directly with family members, POA’s, executors, and all parties involved in the project.

• Assess the project and recommend all available options for clear out

• Provide all aspects of Project Management, as required

• Sort and organize everything in the home to prepare for packing, shipment, storage, donations, selling, etc.

• Work with family and friends to arrange packing, shipment or delivery of items going to them

• Provide appraisals & probate services

• Provide multiple options of where estate contents can go (Auction services, donations, etc.) 

• Once emptied, a final cleaning of the home in preparation for home sale

• Management of any required services in home sale preparation (Tradespeople, moving companies, real estate evaluations and sale, etc.)
