What is a Relocation Consultant and what can we do for you as part of our relocation services:

  • We begin with a telephone consultation to better determine what type of services you are looking for. At this time we will book a meeting to review the scope of the project as well as create a timeline.

  • In-home consultation -  A thorough walk-through will be conducted at this time.

  • A written relocation & downsizing report providing you with a detailed checklist consisting of tasks, timetable and inventory for your project. ($200 administrative fee).

  • Create a floor plan for your new residence and assist with furniture selection.

  • Assist with removal of unwanted items. You may want to give items to family and friends or donate to charities of your choice.

  • Arrange for Estate or Moving Sale/Auction.

  • Provide you with moving estimates

  • Arrange for home repairs, hire contractors

  • Stage the house for sale

  • Contact Utility, medical and related companies

  • Pack belongings

  • Coordinate moving day with moving companies, condo/apartment/care home managers

  • Unpack, organize and place furniture

More and more seniors and boomers are “right sizing” by reviewing their necessities. Through our expertise in helping seniors downsize, we provide

  • safety and accessibility assessments
